Robert Wagner serves as President & CEO of Koei US, Inc., where he is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and operations of the company. With more than 20 years of experience as an engineer, primarily in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Wagner brings extensive technical, operational, and business leadership experience to Koei US. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 2003 and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution in 2013.

Maki Wagner serves as Chief Communications Officer of Koei US, Inc., where she is responsible for the company’s corporate communications, public relations, and related initiatives. She brings experience in corporate communications and investor relations, supporting the company’s efforts to effectively communicate with customers, business partners, and other stakeholders. Mrs. Wagner earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Aoyama Gakuin University in 2003.
